Abstract

Cash flow information is a method used in order to find out about the development of the company so that managers and shareholders can make the right policies for the company. The ratio of cash flow information is one of the financial performances analyzes that use a cash flow statement. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of cash flow statement information in assessing financial performance at PT. Indosat, Tbk. during 2016-2018. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that the financial performance of PT. Indosat, Tbk shows that the company's financial condition is not good because of the five ratios that are taken into account in assessing financial performance, only the ratio of cash to interest coverage illustrates an increase in financial performance. However, the overall financial performance of the company shows a decreasing trend every year. Keywords: Financial Statements, Cash Flow

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to test and test the influence of financial analysis, profitability on the capital structure of rabbit farms in Karanganyar Gading Harjo Sanden Bantul Yogyakarta village. The population in this study was 24 respondents with purposive sampling. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with the results of research showing that 1) Financial statements affect business performance. Data supporting this conclusion is that as many as 14 people or 58% of rabbit farmers in karanganyar gading village Harjo Sanden Bantul Yogyakarta have recorded financial statements in their business; 2) Profitability affects the performance of the data business that supports this conclusion that 15 people or 62% of rabbit farmers can return the initial capital when starting their business for more than 1 year and as much as (38%) the rest can return the initial capital of the business for less than 1 year and 16 people or 67% of farmers can make the results of this rabbit farm business into income to meet basic daily needs. Rabbit farmers also need special attention from the district government to provide assistance or training facilities for farms as well as provide a place to hold activities such as rabbit shows so that farmers can meet and become a means of promotion for rabbit farmers. keywords: Financial Statements, Profitability, Business Performance          ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menguji pengaruh analisis keuangan, profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal peternakan kelinci desa Karanganyar Gading Harjo Sanden Bantul Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 24 responden dengan purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Laporan keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha. Data yang mendukung kesimpulan ini yaitu sebanyak 14 orang atau 58%  peternak kelinci di desa Karanganyar Gading Harjo Sanden Bantul Yogyakarta telah melakukan pencatatan laporan keuangan dalam usahanya; 2) Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja usaha Data yang mendukung kesimpulan ini yaitu 15 orang atau 62% peternak kelinci bisa mengembalikan modal awal saat memulai usahanya selama lebih dari 1 tahun dan sebanyak (38%) sisanya dapat mengembalikan modal awal usaha selama kurang dari 1 tahun dan 16 orang atau 67% peternak bisa menjadikan hasil usaha peternakan kelinci ini menjadi penghasilan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pokok sehari-hari. Para peternak kelinci juga memerlukan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah kabupaten untuk memberikan bantuan ataupun sarana pelatihan peternakan serta memberikan tempat untuk mengadakan kegiatan seperti halnya show kelinci agar para peternak bisa bertemu serta menjadi sarana promosi bagi para peternak kelinci.  Kata Kunci: Laporan Keuangan, Profitabilitas, Kinerja Usaha

Abstract

The quantity of millennial generation is increasing every year, including the working millennial generation. At work, millennial generation satisfaction is still lower than the generation above. Job satisfaction is an important aspect that companies need to evaluate because it will affect employee performance, which ultimately leads to employee loyal ty or turn over. According to Robbins & Judge (2017) and Armstrong (2014), factors that affect job satisfaction are leadership, job design, career development, coworkers, and work environment (one of which is technology).The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, job design, and career development on job satisfaction of millennial generation employees with technology moderation. This research was conducted by distributing gform questionnaires to 205 respondents from the millennial generation in the education industry, in Jakarta. The results of this study explain that the variables of transformational leadership, job design, career development and technology can affect job satisfaction by 80%, the rest is influenced by other factors.The variables of transformational leadership, job design, career development and technology have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction variables. Meanwhile, the technology variable as a moderating variable does not have a significant effect in moderating exogenous variables against endogenous variables.

Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 on tourism is reflected in the decline in the number of domestic and foreign tourists. The decline in the transportation sector and the provision of accommodation and catering services is the beginning of poor working conditions in the tourism sector. KANSA or Wonosalam Cow Cage is an educational and fun vehicle with a modern packing farm concept. KANSA Wonosalam is located on Jalan Anjasmoro in Tukum Hamlet, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. The COVID-19 pandemic requires everyone to avoid crowded places, including tourist attractions. At this time the most important health conditions. After more than 1 year of the COVID-19 pandemic, people are starting to need a place for entertainments. The purposee of this study was to determine IMC (integrated marketing communication) on interest in visiting tourist destinations during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative statistical research techniques. The population in this study were all visitors to the KANSA tourist destination during the pandemic. The IMC variables used are advertising, sales promotion, public relations on visiting interest. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that advertisinng, salles promotionn, public relationss have an influence on interest in visiting tourist destinations during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset penting untuk menunjang keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, karena peranan dari sumber daya manusia di dalam sebuah perusahaan akan menentukan apakah perusahaan tersebut dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya di masa yang akan dating, Sumber daya manusia di perusahaan perlu dikelola secara profesional agar terwujud keseimbangan antara kebutuhan pegawai dengan tuntutan dan kemampuan organisasi perusahaan . Adapun Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah disiplin dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara persial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lima Persada Finance . populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan, dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 35 orang. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini memakai dua variabel bebas yaitu disiplin (X1), kepemimpinan (X2), sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y). data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan metode analisis data yang terlebih dahulu dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik sebelum melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan uji t secara persial dan uji F secara simultan dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 5%. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa disiplin dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lima Persada Finance . dilihat dari uji t dimana disiplin berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan hasil untuk kepemimpinan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Adapun hasil penelitian uji F secara simultan menunjukan bahwa disiplin dan kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Lima Persada Finannce. Besar kemampuan disiplin dan kepemimpinan untuk menjelaskan variabel kinerja karyawan adalah 43,7% sedangkan sisanya 56,3% di jelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Disiplin, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kredibilitas diskon dan oriental service terhadap keputusan pembelian CV Delta Komputer Lubuklinggau. Populasidan sampelnya konsumen yang berbelanja di CV Delta Komputer Lubuklinggau yang berjumlah 79 konsumen dengan pengambilan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, uji korelasi, uji determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Variabel Diskonto Kredibilitas (X) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung = 4,199 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel = 2,042 dengan tingkat signifikansi sig. = 0,05. Artinya secara parsial variabel Kredibilitas Diskonto berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada CV Delta Komputer. 2) Variabel Orientasi Pelayanan (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung = 4,647 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel = 2,042 dengan tingkat signifikansi sig. = 0,005. Artinya secara parsial terdapat pengaruh Service Orientation terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada CV Delta Komputer. 3) Hasil uji regresi linier berganda didapatkan nilai F yang diperoleh sebesar 17,859> F tabel = 3,20 dan taraf signifikansi simultan dari sig F sebesar 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel Kredibilitas Diskon dan Orientasi Layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.Kata kunci: Kredibilitas Diskon, Orientasi Layanan, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study is entitled Analysis of Uncollectible Accounts Receivable Turnover Rate at CV Suryamas in OKU Regency, with the formulation of the problem is how to analyze uncollectible accounts on the turnover rate of accounts receivable at CV Suryamas in OKU Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This method is used by means of research prioritizing systematic observation of existing activities to obtain appropriate and targeted results by using the analysis tools for the bad debts ratio and the accounts receivable turnover ratio. The results showed that the risk of uncollectible receivables from CV Suryamas in 2015-2019 was 0.11%. While CV Suryamas' receivables turnover in 2015-2019 was seen from the average collection ratio of 121.78%. When viewed, the ratio of non-performing receivables is 0.11%, which means that there is less risk of uncollectible receivables and the average collection ratio reaches 100%. Based on the analysis of the uncollectible accounts receivable ratio to the CV Suryamas receivable turnover ratio in OKU Regency during 2015-2019, it shows that the management of uncollectible accounts has been strived to run properly. This can be seen from the ratio of arrears whose value is less than 3% and the collection ratio reaching 100%, although the receivable turnover ratio has an impact on the inefficient use of business capital and the average collection period ratio also estimates bad debts at 60%.

Abstract

Sampah berpotensi menciptakan masalah kesehatan lingkungan dan kerusakan alam, dengan tidak sadar sampah dapat menimbulkan bencana alam buatan seperti banjir dsb. Di Desa Jatihandap terdapat masalah pada penumpukan sampah basah di beberapa sudut lingkungan yang cukup mengganggu warga, keberadaan sampah tersebut menimbulkan bau yang menyengat dan mendatangkan hewan yang dikhawatirkan pembawa penyakit. Salah satu solusi yang dapat membantu menanggulangi sampah adalah dengan program 3R untuk pengelolaan sampah yaitu reduse, recycle, dan reuse (3R).Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang bertujuan menjadikan warga masyarakat sebagai peneliti, perencana, dan pelaksanaan program pembangunan dan bukan sekedar obyek pembangunan. Masyarakat dapat membantu dalam menjaga lingkungan dan kesehatan sekitar dengan menyadari bahwa keberadaan sampah adalah hal yang buruk dan berdampak negativ terhadap kesenjangan bermasyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction on skin care products. This research is descriptive and empirical. Descriptive research was conducted to obtain an overview of product quality and customer satisfaction. While empirical research was conducted to determine the relationship between variables through statistical calculations. Data collection techniques through questionnaires to 95 respondents by purposive sampling. The object of this research is Economics student at the Perjuangan University of Tasikmalaya. Research data will be analyzed using simple regression where product quality becomes the independent variable, and customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The average use of skin care products used by Perjuangan University of Tasikmalaya is local skin care products. This is because the users of skin care products trust more what has been recommended by doctors, prefer and buy products that have guaranteed safety and are easily found in various places in Tasikmalaya. Abstract

Suatu informasi merupakan hal terpenting dalam pembentukan kognitif seseorang maupun kelompok, begitupun dengan organisasi memerlukan komunikasi untuk melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan pencapaian tujuan, pemahaman dan konsep komunikasi sangatlah penting bagi seorang pemimpin dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pengambil keputusan, komunikasi juga merupakan hal pokok dalam organisasi, kesepakatan, kepemahaman hal yang perlu di tindak lanjuti dan memerlukan ketegasan, adanya konflik dan kesalah pahaman merupakan dampak dari ketidak efektivan komunikasi yang terjalin, perlu adanya pendekatan-pendekatan individual dalam memahami komunikasi sehingga menghasilkan keselarasan informasi yang sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi dan pemimpin.
